Keith is a creative visionary and is well known for his expertise in developing, executing and speaking on strategies that support corporate objectives and business models that drive real business growth.

Based in London, Keith works for LDC (www.ldc.co.uk), where as an investment executive he supports the boards and senior management teams of portfolio businesses driving value enhancement initiatives that generate shareholder value growth through cash generation, revenue growth and cost saving.

Keith is also an associate speaker of TomorrowToday (www.tomorrowtoday.uk.com), an organisation focused on preparing leaders and their organisations for a new world of work, and in this capacity speaks on the impact on businesses of developments in Big Data, social media & hybrid analytics towards improved leadership and corporate decision-making and how this value can be exploited to deliver success.

With his strong background in information-led business transformation, Keith has a passion for understanding how organizations can exploit the ‘social’ revolution and the massive explosion in data & content taking place using next- generation analytics to derive business value (“the power of knowing everything”). This includes the trend towards social business, looking at the growing impact of social media on business, from leadership challenges & opportunities, customer engagement, cultural shifts, business processes and the implications on the individual within this context.

Keith has over 20 years international experience working in a variety of management consultancy and business development roles, including a very successful 8-year stint with IBM, and until recently led strategic business development & sales at SPS, a Swiss Post business delivering document and information management services and solutions globally. During his time there, he led them to some of their largest ever deals, including a 9-figure, multi-national, multi-year deal to transform the document processing capabilities of a major global insurance organization. He was also instrumental in establishing a number of highly successful sales & marketing teams, both at a country and global level.

He has acted in an advisory capacity for a number of SME’s and start-ups, and currently serves on the Board of Advisors for Saffron Technologies (www.saffrontech.com), a US-based natural intelligence & hybrid analytics company positioned by both Gartner and Forrester as a market leader in this space, where he advises on the expansion of their presence into the European market. He is also on the board of Salvere (www.salvere.co.uk), a social enterprise exploring new, fresh ways of providing care services within the United Kingdom to the disadvantaged adult community.

Outside of work Keith has a passion for adventure, travel and outdoor activities such as skiing, scuba-diving and trekking and in 2011 climbed Mt Kilimanjaro as part of a fund-raising effort for a number of UK charities.  Later this year he is planning on canoeing the Caledonian Canal as part of another fund raising initiative for the Amani Children’s Home in Tanzania (http://amanikids.org/)

A South African by birth, Keith has lived in the United Kingdom since 1999. He is a graduate of the University of Pretoria, South Africa, where he studied Industrial Engineering, and is also an alumnus of the London Business School where he has completed a programme in Corporate Finance.
